  now the oldest choral society in the U.S. Also Chairman of the OSMS Bicentennial Committee in 1986, planning special exhibits, inclduing 200th anniversary exhibits and concerts in 1986.

Music Career

 

He taught at Stonehill College and the Brookline Adult & Community Education Program from the 1970s to 1990s, where he taught hundreds of young students and seniors. These are a few of the courses he taught:

He set this poem written by a 10-year old girl during the War of 1812 to music
and it was performed in concerts in 1981 and 1990.
